Carlo Ancelotti analyzed his team’s 2-0 defeat by Real Sociedad and sent a scathing message to the Real Madrid player, telling him to wake up soon.

Real Madrid suffered a severe defeat with two clean goals against Real Sociedad yesterday, Tuesday, at Anoeta Stadium, in the 33rd round of the Spanish Premier League championship.

Ancelotti said in the press conference after the meeting: “The first half was good, then we fell behind 1-0 and everything went bad, and everything got complicated. The second half was not good. We made another gift, and I hope it will be the last.”

And about the expected absences from the team before facing Osasuna on Saturday in the King’s Cup final, the Italian coach said: “There were strikes to some players in the match. There are not many absences on Saturday. The only injured person is Ferland Mendy. I think everyone will be able to be there. Modric trained today and we will evaluate him.”

He added: “It is not the best way to prepare for what is going to happen. Defeat is always painful, because good feelings fade away. It is not the best thing to happen to us before the Osasuna and City matches, which dominate the minds of the players.”

When asked about Militao’s repeated mistakes in the recent period, Ancelotti sent a brief message to the Brazilian defender, saying: “He must wake up soon.”
